This Riverside home in Canterbury was transformed through a carefully managed renovation led by Enable BC. Acting as both project manager and contractor, we coordinated the build from early planning through to completion, delivering a high spec family home with four en suite bedrooms, a cinema room and a heated pool. Attention to detail, clear sequencing and close collaboration ensured a smooth delivery and a result that feels both refined and enduring .

Sandwich Bay

Project Background

Enable BC delivered the construction of this five bedroom private residence at Sandwich Bay, working closely with the design team to realise a clean, Scandinavian influenced scheme.

The build focused on precision, clean detailing and the careful use of natural materials, with particular attention to light, proportion and the relationship between internal spaces and the surrounding landscape. The result is a calm, light filled home that responds thoughtfully to its coastal setting and is built for long term performance.

Project Background

Enable BC delivered the construction of Hawker8, the final phase of a residential development in Hawkinge. The scheme comprises eight 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, designed to balance contemporary living with a village scale setting.

Working closely with the developer, we managed the build across all units, coordinating programme, sequencing and quality control throughout. Particular attention was given to layout efficiency and the delivery of high quality finishes, ensuring continuity and build integrity from unit to unit.
